Description
This ribbon has two layers of taffeta, each with a different pattern, fused together. Light blue, black, white, red, green and yellow threads form a diagonal plaid on one side. Black and white checks fill the opposite side. That same check fabric is used to create a black and white striped border over the ribbon's wired edges.
